We interviewed three realtors, chose Joan & Steve Wallace because Joan was able to respond to all our questions. She was prepared with in depth analysis reports, houses that had sold in our community, and houses that were presently on the market. She thoroughly explained her marketing plans, that included, having our home in the Tour Factory, a weekly report that was emailed to us, presented us with a brochure showing several pictures that would be given to any clients that would be visiting, and advertised our home in many medias.

They were confident that they could sell the home, even in today’s tough market. We signed the agreement with them and began showing the home Thanksgiving week.
