Only 4 homes are for sale in Bellasera – all the homes are over 2,700 sq. ft.  One of the lowest numbers we have had for sale in Bellasera. The low inventory makes for a “Seller’s Market” which is a nice change!  The smaller homes sell quickly as 2ndhomes.  Let us know if you are thinking of selling your home OR have friends who would like to buy.

The number of homes currently for sale in the Valley are:  17,180 - compared to December of 18,163. 

There are 11,923 homes currently under contract.

7,086 homes closed last month in the Valley.

Sales are at the highest level since November 2009.
